Scott Breidenbach has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2002 and is one of the co-owners of Beyond Realty!  He grew up in Reynolds, ND with four siblings. Scott joined the Army National Guard right after high school and attending both UND & NDSU. Scott retired from the Air Guard in 2007. Scott lives in West Fargo with his wife Paula, and their kids, Abbie, Emma & Parker and dog, Baxter.

First job: My first job was delivering papers for the Grand Forks Herald. My first real job was working for the Grand Forks Housing Authority.

Favorite Color: Orange

Obsessions/Hobbies/Cravings: I really enjoy going to the lake. My favorite thing to do is mow the lawn (rider, of course). I often end up mowing the neighbor's lawn as well. It relaxes me. I love to golf but I am not very good at it.

Pet Peeve: Slow drivers

Favorite Client Story: I got a letter after closing on a house with a young family. The three girls colored me pictures of their rooms and thanked me for finding them their family home.

First real estate you purchased & do you still own it?: My wife and I purchased a home in Reynolds for $55.000. We were not sure how we were going to make our house payments. We sold it three years later. We have bought and sold over 25 properties since then.

Who was your first real estate client? I sold a duplex to a guy from the Guard {Ryan Wentz}. I went into an office and said, "Is anyone looking to buy or sell a house?"
