I've known Scott for many years. This is the 4th home transaction for which we've utilized Scott's expertise. Scott was a great person to work with and always available to answer any questions we had, as older people moving, we needed reassurance that everything was on schedule. Willing to make copies of all signed agreements. He offered us help in our move, providing an enclosed trailer for all of our boxes and miscellaneous items. Even brought the trailer to our condo and picked it back up when it was unloaded. Scott met all of our needs and wants that we were looking for in a condo We were notified as soon as a property went on the market as Scott knew where we were looking for a condo.

Scott did an amazing job. We used a different real estate agency before switching to Scott. He took time to explain why he thought our house wasn't selling and we made adjustments accordingly. We were trying to sell in a slowing moving market and just when we were ready to give up and remove our house from the market, Scott asked for a couple more weeks to prove he could get the job done. He did! He followed through on his word and was great to work with, very understanding. When it came time to close we had a few hiccups related to the previous sales in line before our closing and Scott always reassured us that he would keep everything on track and this was a only a minor setback, closing would still happen. Again, Scott kept his word. Amazing realtor and an even better guy! Will be recommending Scott to all our Family and Friends!
